Guidelines: All chairs are requested to meet with their committee monthly or as is needed.  All chairs are to submit a monthly report to the branch secretary and copy their advisor by the Friday before each 3rd Thursday, even if you have a no report.  We have provided phone numbers and email addresses.  Please note, if a person is on more than one committee or as an advisor, we list their full information once.   Each chairperson makes up the Executive Committee that will normally meets as assigned. We realize that the committees are volunteered positions and we ask for each chairperson and committee member to be committed to serving and advise your committee chairperson or your advisor if you have any questions or concerns.  We thank you for your commitment and your willingness to serve.  We realize, “When We Fight, We Win.”
