A Bloomington-Normal high school student received an NAACP Image Award at this year’s ceremony on Saturday.
Bradley Ross Jackson, the president of the Bloomington-Normal NAACP’s Youth Council, received the award for his racial and social justice work, community service, and academic excellence.
